Joshua Kissee serves as the Chief of Staff to the Vice President for IT and Chief Information Officer in the Division of Information Technology. Joshua is responsible for managing the university-wide IT governance program, strategic planning, project portfolio management, organizational assessment, benchmarking and reporting, and special projects for the CIO.  Mr. Kissee is a graduate of Arkansas State University (B.S. Information Systems) and the University of Arkansas (M.Ed. Adult Education), and is completing his dissertation in the Higher Education Administration Ph.D. program at Texas A&M University.
